At Smard Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchases. If your new art piece or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Smard Art account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials to ensure they remain undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
